The City of Morrisville commissioned a comprehensive study to envision a dynamic town square that would serve as the heart of community life. This ambitious project aims to integrate a variety of amenities and residential spaces, creating a vibrant live-work-play environment that reflects the unique character of Morrisville. The proposed town square is designed to be a central gathering place, offering a diverse range of activities and services for residents and visitors alike.

A Multifaceted Community Space
The envisioned town square is set to include essential amenities such as a recreation center, town hall, market square, farmer’s market, library, and residential areas. These components are strategically planned to provide a well-rounded community experience, catering to various needs and interests. Prioritizing Pedestrian-Friendly Design
