Vineyard Knoll ADU

The Vineyard Knoll Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a 1200 square foot sustainable living space, beautifully situated on a tranquil knoll amidst a thriving vineyard. Designed with a respect for its natural surroundings and the vineyard's ambiance, this ADU offers a unique blend of privacy and community, with a relationship to the existing main house on the property that is reminiscent of a mission compound layout.

Project Vision

Our vision for the Vineyard Knoll ADU was to create a functional yet visually appealing space that harmonizes with the environment. The design maximizes solar orientation for energy efficiency and integrates seamlessly with the main house through a shared courtyard, while maintaining its modern identity with distinct architectural features.
