Via Encanto Renovation+Addition

This project involved the transformation of an old, cramped cottage in Monterey into a spacious and functional home. The original layout lacked the desired kitchen and was dark and convoluted. To address this, we designed a 400-square-foot addition that created a larger kitchen, separate laundry room, dining room, and guest bathroom. The result is a bright, open space that enhances both functionality and flow, making it ideal for modern living and entertaining.
